Terms and conditions for the delivery of

Mediterranean Coastal Foundation’s publications

Mediterranean Coastal Foundation, registered at Maraş mah., Kaunos sok. No:26 Dalyan, 48840, Muğla/Turkey, (Ortaca tax office / tax number: 0210549104), is the only correspondent for any publication order made through this website.

When you order a publication, you will be required to fill an online order form. You are responsible for the validity of all information provided.  It is advisable to copy and save your order information and payment details until you receive the publication(s) ordered.

Prior to the delivery of you order, Mediterranean Coastal Foundation must receive the full payment for the order. When the payment is received, Mediterranean Coastal Foundation will acknowledge it via e-mail.

Mediterranean Coastal Foundation will send the ordered publication to the address provided in your order form. You are responsible for the delivery costs, customs clearance, payment of customs duties and local taxes where appropriate. It is accepted by you that Mediterranean Coastal Foundation has no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance. You will be informed about the posting/shipment details by e-mail. Mediterranean Coastal Foundation is not liable for any failure/delay in delivery or any damage/defect in publications, which are caused by any event or circumstances beyond Mediterranean Coastal Foundation’s control.
